The Linking Melbourne Authority, managing the project on behalf of the State Government, released the CIS for public exhibition from October 31 to Thursday 12 December 2013.

While Council will be making a submission to the CIS, taking into account community feedback, it also encourages community members/organisations to make their own submissions to the State Government.
